“Eternity”
18” x 12”
Digital Infrared
$325
The grave sight is that of my late wife Marsha. My intention was to comment on how brief our time is on earth compared to the realm of eternity. The use of an extreme wide angle lens makes the grave seem small compared to the vastness of our world and beyond. With infrared photography, green is rendered as white and blue turns black.

The photographs of the Winfield Depot remind us of the days of segregation even in Kansas. The inside waiting room was for the whites and the outside waiting room for the blacks.
